I didn't really have any particular item or issue to discuss, just wondering why nobody comments much in this forum.
I read a lot of other newspapers and notice the readers will not let anything slide without a comment or some kind of post.
I wrote the Pagosa paradox piece and not one person commented, which surprised me very much. Doesn't anybody think it is odd that Pagosa flounders right underneath all this money flying overhead? Money people can make the changes that Pagosa needs, pure and simple. The last thing we need is another housing project.

I feel as moderator, I must respond to some of your comments.
First, sensetalk2000 is not a moderator of this forum, nor an employee of The Pagosa Springs SUN.
The two moderators of this forum are employees of The SUN and are not husband and wife.
We at The SUN did not delete any threads concerning medical marijuana. It was brought to our attention that a thread concerning comments regarding the BOCC and medical marijuana was deleted over the weekend. We did contact the company who hosts the forum, who determined that it was inadvertently deleted by a user, which shouldn't be able to be done. They are working to correct the situation so this doesn't happen again. That user was contacted and the situation was explained to their satisfaction. Unfortunately when a thread is deleted, we cannot put it back, it is gone. We welcome those who posted on that original thread to re-post their comments.
The one item in the thread "Am I Being Heard" was deleted by the individual who posted it, not by staff of The Pagosa Springs SUN.
We encourage you to continue using this forum.

I certainly appreciate your comments. I still find it very disturbing that "Only" posts talking about "Medical Marijuana" or "Medical Cannabis" were accidentally deleted. And, a simple user was responsible for all of this? Very suspicious. At this point, we can only take you at your word.
In the mean time, my apologies if I was misinformed about the moderators.
